You must have an approved job 

You need to see your counselor to enroll during the first six weeks of the semester, after six weeks see Mr. Reedy in the Career Center

Must be a junior or a senior

Must be 16 years old

Must have a work permit 

Must have continuous work throughout the semester. 

Must attend related instruction class one day/week

If you wish to enroll after the sixth week of a semester you must see Mr. Reedy, obtain a Pre Enrollment Form, a Training Agreement (goldenrod form) and a Training Plan.  You must completely fill out ALL three forms and return them to Mr. Reedy.  Once all the forms are in order, Mr. Reedy will sign the Pre Enrollment form and you shall take it to your counselor for official enrollment.
